Presbyterian Women (PW) offers women in the church meaningful ways to live out their faith in the midst of a caring community of women. For more than 200 years Presbyterian women’s groups have strengthened the Presbyterian Church and played a major role in sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and witnessing to the promise of God’s kingdom. ​

​Monthly Mission Focus

Each month PW focus their mission efforts in supporting a agency to meet the needs of our community.
  • January - Crawford Central Elementary Schools (Socks, pull on pants and underwear).
  • February - Church World Service (Blankets+ Offering).  
  • March - St. James Haven Men's Shelter (Hygiene products, paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap, bleach, three-in-one or two-in-one shower supplies, no bar soap please).
  • April - Fairview Fairmont Family Center (Monetary donations so the staff can create "Welcome Kits" for the new residents or supplies for the resource room).
  • May - Presbyterian Women (PW Birthday Offering).
  • June, July & August - Our Food Pantry (Fill the swimming pool with nonperishable food items).
  • September - The Greenhouse Women's Shelter (Laundry detergent, dish soap and paper products).
  • October - Second Harvest Food Bank Backpack Program (Monetary donations for WiNS Project).
  • November - Presbyterian Women (PW Thank Offering) 
  • December - Women's Services (Unwrapped items for children to give their mothers for Christmas. Wrapping paper, bows, gift tags and tape are also needed).
These projects are subject to change if a need arises.  Reminders and changes to the monthly projects will be shared at your Circle Meeting and via the church bulletin. ​​
