CHURCH OFFICERS
The Elders, collectively called the Session of the church, are its primary decision-making body. Among their many responsibilities are scheduling worship services, overseeing use of the church's facilities, finalizing the annual budget, and ensuring the church has the necessary staff to carry out its mission. Elders are elected by the congregation for three-year terms. The Clerk of Session is Kathleen MacArthur.

The Trustees manage the church's investments and make long-term plans for maintenance of the buildings and grounds. Trustees are elected by the congregation for three-year terms. The President of the Board of Trustees is John Alexander.

The Deacons serve both the congregation and the wider community. They are involved in many local projects including the Meadville Soup Kitchen, the Meadville Area Free Clinic, and the church's own food pantry. In addition, they are partnered with members of the congregation who are housebound, praying for them and addressing any specific needs they may have. Deacons are elected by the congregation for three-year terms. The Moderator of the Board of Deacons is Carol Ann McCall.
