Presbyterian Women’s December Mission Project is for the children at the Greenhouse. We are collecting unwrapped Christmas presents and wrapping paper. Let's help the children give Christmas presents to their moms (i.e. scarves, hats, slippers, jewelry, candy and related items.). Please place your donations in the Presbyterian Women's bin in the church office. Thank you!
Adult Sunday School: Hidden Christmas: The Surprising Truth Behind the Birth of Christ. On Sunday mornings December 8, 15, 22 at 9:30 a.m. upstairs in the Culbertson Room. We will again turn to Timothy Keller for another profound change of insight into another story about which we think we know everything there is to know - Christmas. With his particular insight, Keller will be sure to go beyond our mundane familiarity about the birth of Jesus and impact us with a new way of understanding the season of Advent and the coming of Christ into the world.
LUNCH AT FIRST: On Tuesday, December 17th at 11:45 a.m. please join Kevin Dill, Director of Music, for a Christmas-themed performance on the largest pipe organ in Meadville. This program of holiday favorites will be Kevin's 14th annual recital in the Lunch At First series. Sonya Eagles-Dill, soprano, is the special guest performer. If you enjoy the music of the holiday season, you won't want to miss this program! A $5.00 lunch is available afterwards in the Fellowship Hall. Thank you Linda Bollensen and Peg Weymer for volunteering to be this month's chairs.
