Mission Self-Study

The Church is conducting a review of ourself as we look toward the future. All members of our church family are asked to complete the survey and it is available in two forms.

Online Survey - Click the link and complete the online survey. If you are not a member of the First Presbyterian Church community please do not take the survey. It is the honor system here only you and God will know.

Printable Survey - Print a copy (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader) and return the completed survey in a sealed envelop to Mary Zahora in the church office during regular business hours. If you are having problems printing additional hard copies are available at the church office.

The Mission Self-Study Committee asks that all surveys be completed by October 4, 2009.
